The mission of Credence Village is to create a sense of community and a nurturing home environment of love, hope, and faith for our children and families through quality and comprehensive services.
Vision
The vision of Credence Village is to ensure safe refuge to every child that enters our program by providing holistic faith center therapeutic services and to create awareness, opportunities, and support to children and families as they begin to heal from the effects of trauma due to abuse and neglect.
We believe that it is our calling and duty to care for youth that have been affected by trauma and abuse. Our goal is to provide quality care and services by equipping, training and supporting qualified, loving, and dedicated foster parents. We will strengthen the next generation by fostering positive self-esteem, a sense of community, holistic care, and relational healing.
Meet our Executive Team
Noelle M. Turner, M. Ed – CEO
Noelle has over 25 years of experience in education working in Houston ISD and Katy ISD. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Prairie View A & M University.
Noelle has worked as a certified Educational Diagnostician, administering psycho-educational and behavioral assessment to children for over 15 years in the public school and private settings. Noelle has facilitated the Admissions, Review, and Dismissal process for students receiving special education services, as well as, developed Individual Education Plans to address the needs of students with disabilities.
Noelle’s passion is working with children and helping those who are most at risk. She has put that energy into starting Credence Village, Inc. with the hope to make a difference in the lives of countless children and families impacted by Credence Village’s services.
Ambyr N. Campbell, MSW, LCPAA – COO
Ambyr serves as the Licensed Child Placement Agency Administrator (LCPAA). She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University.
She has dedicated her professional career to enhancing the lives of children and families in Texas Regions 5 and 6. Ambyr has over 10 years of experience in the foster care setting and has implemented numerous initiatives, programs, and services that positively improve the well-being and stability of the children and families she serves. Ambyr has performed various roles during her years in child welfare, such as Case Manager, Family Home Developer, Intake Coordinator, and Program and Regional Director. Ambyr has also counseled juvenile sex offenders and enjoys working with primary medical needs clients.
She is P.R.I.D.E and PAPH Train the Trainer certified and enjoys providing foster parent training and support. Ambyr continues to strengthen the Houston foster care community and her commitment to children by starting Credence Village, Inc.
